Stickee is a B2B data software solution provider, creating data and market insights for leading global technology corporates such as Google and Samsung. The business primarily focuses on the development of innovative software and data insights that help its customers succeed on and off the web. Stickee’s core Magpie solution is used by global brand owners to monitor the way that third party retailers sell their products online in more than 50 countries.
Headpoint delivered a multi-million-pound loan package, which includes a term loan, growth capital loan, overdraft and FX facilities. Through its ongoing investment in artificial intelligence to enhance its proprietary technology, the business is well positioned to grow its recurring revenue and capitalise on its significant growth potential.
This deal showcases Headpoint’s ability to navigate the current tech debt and equity finance landscape. In addition to this fund raising Headpoint also secured a minority equity investor in late 2023.
At Stickee we needed to continue to invest in our proprietary software and to also invest in AI and Machine Learning to ensure that we take full advantage of emerging technologies, and the support from Santander will enable us to do so.
