Founded over 20 years ago by Dr Paul Yarnley, IMASS is an established occupational health specialist with a strong focus on the South West of the UK and a particularly impressive track record in servicing public sector clients. The business has delivered consistent year-on-year growth and was on track to achieve turnover of approximately £5 million at the time of the transaction. IMASS provides a comprehensive range of services including health screening, medical assessments and absence management.
The acquisition by Medigold Health supports its strategy of expanding both service capability and geographic presence, while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and client care. Steve Way, Managing Director of IMASS, who joined the business in 1998, will continue in his role and will also support Medigold Health’s future growth strategy.
