A highly respected and seasoned dealmaker, Andy Moore brings decades of mid-market M&A experience to Headpoint, having held senior roles at PwC and Clearwater, where he was a founding partner, before going on to establish Bracebridge in 2014. A chartered accountant, he has worked internationally in Singapore and Australia, and has built a strong track record of delivering cross-border transactions across Europe, the US and India.
He has successfully led numerous transactions across the mid-market, including the sale of Apollo Chemicals to US-listed HB Fuller. Based in the Midlands, Andy strengthens Headpoint’s regional presence while supporting our continued national and international growth. Known for his hands-on approach and deep industry insight, he is a trusted advisor to shareholders and management teams navigating complex, high-value deals.
