Dudley Associates is a plastic injection moulding manufacturer and precision mould toolmaker. The business has over 30 years of experience, specialising in short-run plastic injection moulded products for industrial, automotive and defence industries supplying customers all around the world.
The Uncomplicated Group was founded by Steve Lawrence to create a plastic injection moulding group. Following the group’s first acquisition in 2023, they have now acquired Dudley Associates.
The acquisition is complementary to their offering and brings additional customers, new markets as well as tool making capabilities to the enlarged group.
