The transaction involved the sale of 100% of the company’s share capital and provides Clifford Springs with the opportunity to continue its development as part of a larger international group.
Under the new ownership structure, Clifford Springs’ CEO, John Clifford, will remain in his operational role, ensuring continuity for customers and employees while benefiting from the scale and global reach of Lesjöfors.
