Founded in 1997, Brookbanks has established a strong position within the development and infrastructure sector, with more than 150 employees operating from ten offices across England and Wales. In addition to its consultancy services, the business provides a differentiated Development Partner proposition, helping deliver long-term value across some of the UK's largest strategic development initiatives.
CBPE's investment has been made alongside Brookbanks' management team, led by CEO Andrew Thorley and Chairman Paul Boileau, who remain significant shareholders in the business. The investment will support the next phase of growth through continued investment in people, expansion of service capabilities, geographic development and a targeted acquisition strategy.
Led by Richard Benyahia with support from Henry Baker and John Westall, the transaction further strengthens Headpoint's growing track record advising investors on opportunities across the land, development and infrastructure sectors.
