RehabWorks has established a strong reputation in occupational health, complex case management and prevention programmes, earning industry recognition for the quality and effectiveness of its services. The business will continue to be led by its existing management team, headed by CEO Andy Holdcroft.
Archimed, a European private equity fund founded in 2014 by members of the former 3i healthcare team, focuses exclusively on investments in the healthcare sector. The acquisition of RehabWorks formed part of Archimed’s buy-and-build strategy within occupational healthcare, with further acquisitions actively targeted. Simultaneously with the transaction, RehabWorks acquired Right Corecare Ltd (trading as Right Management Workplace Wellness), a leading provider of employee assistance programmes and corporate wellbeing services. The combined group employs approximately 162 staff, with headquarters in Bury St Edmunds and operational centres across the UK, from Glasgow to Southampton.
Andy Moore supported Archimed throughout the acquisition process, advising on negotiations and working closely with the management team as the platform continues to pursue further strategic acquisitions.
