Sandrine Garnier brings over 20 years of international experience in chemical and materials businesses, spanning early-stage ventures, SMEs and global multinationals.
A PhD chemist by background, Sandrine has built a career at the intersection of science and strategy. She has held senior technical and commercial leadership roles, including Global Business Manager at OMNOVA Solutions, Managing Director at Addmaster (where she was instrumental in its sale to Polygiene), and most recently Interim CEO of Floreon Technology following its £2m Series A investment.
Her expertise includes supporting companies through growth, commercialisation, and M&A activity, from helping startups bring pioneering technologies to market, through to advising established SMEs on expansion and exit strategy. Known for her technical depth and commercial acumen, Sandrine is particularly strong in aligning innovative materials and chemistry businesses with strategic buyers and investors.
