Joshua Green
Origination
Josh supports the firm’s origination strategy nationally, working closely with founders and management teams of businesses who wish to grow and/or realise value and would benefit from the support of Headpoint’s corporate finance advice.
He is particularly focused on supporting ambitious businesses across the Midlands and Thames Valley as they seek to grow and wish to engage with private capital or strategic partners.
His background includes advising private equity firms on the hiring of investment, capital raising and operations professionals. Through this work, Joshua developed a strong understanding of investor priorities, deal dynamics and how businesses are positioned for investment, bringing a commercially informed perspective to his role.
He grew up in Reading and studied Economics at the University of Kent. Now based in Birmingham, Joshua has strong personal and professional ties across both the Thames Valley and Midlands markets.
