Frank is an experienced leader within healthcare organisations, with a career spanning both the public and private sectors. Over the last 15 years, he has held senior roles within private equity-backed businesses, working with leading investors including Graphite Capital, CVC, Cinven, Warburg Pincus, The Riverside Company and Kester Capital.
He currently serves as a non-executive board member and co-owner of a private equity-backed international healthcare business operating in the orthopaedics sector, headquartered in the UK with key divisions in Germany, France and Australia. Frank is also a non-executive director of a private equity-backed medical devices company specialising in pressure care and sharps disposal.
Alongside his commercial roles, Frank is Chairman of an NHS Foundation Trust, bringing a rare combination of governance, operational and strategic insight across healthcare systems. He is an active provider of guidance, mentorship and advice to senior managers across a range of businesses and is particularly interested in contributing to the growth of companies in a non-executive capacity.
Frank’s expertise includes mergers and acquisitions and post-transaction integration, company strategy, management and staff development, performance improvement, growth delivery and complex negotiation.
