Headpoint Advisors has advised Rea Valley Tractors, a leading agricultural machinery dealer and subsidiary of Dunstall Holdings, on its acquisition of Teme Valley Tractors (TVT) today, strengthening its territories in South Shropshire and Mid Wales.

As it celebrates its 40th year in business, Rea Valley Tractors are New Holland, JCB and Kuhn dealers who supply an extensive range of new and used agricultural and horticultural machinery, supported by highly qualified service technicians and parts departments.

Prior to the acquisition it had seven branch locations across the West of England and headquartered in Shrewsbury. The acquisition of Teme Valley Tractors, a long-established New Holland dealer based in Knighton and Welshpool represents a significant milestone in Rea Valley Tractors history and reinforces its ongoing commitment to expand its capabilities and better serve its customer base.
