Over the qualifying year, Henry played a significant role across a number of high-profile transactions, including:

• The sale of Stourbridge-based Argus Fire to UK-listed Mitie Group plc

• Securing growth capital for Oxford Online Pharmacy

• The cross-border sale of Solihull-based software business Stickee to a US private equity-backed buyer

These mandates required a range of dealmaking disciplines, from founder exits and growth capital to international M&A. Henry was closely involved throughout, managing complex stakeholder dynamics and maintaining momentum through critical stages of each process.
