Headpoint Advisors is pleased to announce that it has advised CBPE on its investment in Brookbanks Development Group (Brookbanks), a leading multidisciplinary consultancy specialising in the planning, design and delivery of complex development and infrastructure projects across the UK.

Founded in 1997, Brookbanks has established a strong position within the development and infrastructure sector, supporting clients through the planning, design and delivery of major projects across the UK. The business also provides a differentiated Development Partner proposition, delivering long-term value across some of the country's largest strategic development initiatives.

Headquartered in Birmingham, Brookbanks operates from ten offices across England and Wales and employs more than 150 people. The business has built a strong reputation for technical excellence, commercial insight and long-standing client relationships, underpinned by a consistent track record of organic growth.

CBPE's investment has been made alongside Brookbanks' management team, led by CEO Andrew Thorley and Chairman Paul Boileau, who will remain significant shareholders in the business. The partnership will support the next phase of growth through continued investment in people, expansion of service capabilities, geographic development and a targeted acquisition strategy.

CBPE's investment was led by Ben Lewis and Matthew Watmore, with support from Andrew New and Namrata Pai. Ben Lewis and Matthew Watmore will join the Board following completion.

The Headpoint team was led by Richard Benyahia, supported by Henry Baker and John Westall.

The transaction further strengthens Headpoint's growing track record advising investors on opportunities across the land, development and infrastructure sectors.
