Its technology is embedded within demanding automotive, aerospace, rail and marine operations, with long-standing relationships including Jaguar Land Rover, Bentley Motors, Aston Martin, Tata Motors and Harley-Davidson.
US-based Recur Software partners with industry-specific software businesses with deep domain expertise and strong customer relationships. Its long-term investment approach focuses on continued product development, operational improvement and sustainable growth.
The transaction represents a significant milestone for FLAGS and the next stage of development for a business that has spent more than three decades building specialist technology and deep sector expertise.
