Headpoint Advisors Secures Eight Nominations at 2025 Midlands Dealmakers Awards

Headpoint Advisors is delighted to announce that we have been shortlisted for eight awards across seven categories at the 2025 West Midlands Dealmakers Awards, recognising the firm’s continued growth, regional impact, and the strength of its people and deals. The nominations include:

  • Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year (Large £20m–£50m)
  • Corporate Finance Advisory Team of the Year (Mid-Market £5m–£20m)
  • International Deal of the Year – Sale of Stickee Technology to OpenSignal
  • Deal of the Year (£10m–£50m) – £45m sale of Argus Fire to Mitie
  • Deal of the Year (£10m–£50m) – Sale of Stickee Technology to OpenSignal
  • Deal of the Year (Sub £10m) – Rockpool’s investment in Oxford Online Pharmacy
  • Dealmaker of the Year – Emmet Keating
  • Emerging Dealmaker of the Year – Henry Baker

These nominations highlight Headpoint’s expertise in managing complex, high-stakes transactions across multiple sectors, with an emphasis on strategic, hands-on deal execution. The firm’s strong Midlands roots and growing international reach are evident across its shortlisted transactions.

Emmet Keating, nominated for Dealmaker of the Year, is recognised for his leadership on transformative M&A projects including the sale of Argus Fire and Rockpool’s investment in Oxford Online Pharmacy.

Henry Baker, shortlisted for Emerging Dealmaker of the Year, continues to impress with his technical ability, commercial judgement and relationship-building across multiple successful transactions.
