Headpoint is delighted to announce it has advised Carl Theakston on the sale of his company ESP to Lucart S.p.A., and Italian head quartered multinational that is now second largest manufacturer of Away From Home products in Europe. This is Lucart’s first acquisition in the UK.
Malvern based ESP has grown to become one of the UK’s leading independent manufacturers of professional hygiene products for the AFH, non-consumer market.
