John works across Headpoint’s corporate finance engagements. He is responsible for transaction preparation, financial analysis, buyer research and execution throughout the M&A process.
John qualified as a chartered accountant (ACA) with PwC, where he worked with corporate clients in the telecommunications and life sciences sectors amongst others.
He graduated from Durham University with a first class degree in Economics, which included a placement year with PwC in their Reading office.
