Headpoint strengthens its senior team with recruitment of highly respected and experienced dealmaker

Headpoint Advisors is delighted to announce the appointment of Andy Moore as Partner, further strengthening the firm’s position as a leading advisor to privately owned businesses and entrepreneurs. The move marks another significant milestone in Headpoint’s growth, as it continues to scale its national and international reach while attracting some of the industry’s most experienced and talented dealmakers.

Andy brings over 30 years of corporate finance and M&A experience to Headpoint. A chartered accountant with an extensive international background, he has worked across Europe, the US, and the Asia Pacific region. Throughout his career, Andy has advised on numerous mid-market transactions, including the sale of Apollo Chemicals to US-listed HB Fuller. His clients include owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed firms, and corporate groups looking to divest non-core operations.

Previously a founding partner at Clearwater and the sole founder of Bracebridge Corporate Finance, Andy has built and led respected advisory firms from the ground up. His decision to join Headpoint is both a strategic and personal one, reflecting a shared vision of quality, independence, and hands-on delivery.
