Insider is the UK’s leading regional B2B media company able to offer advertising and sponsorship opportunities in print, in person and online, providing solutions across three platforms. With origins dating back to the early ‘90s it has built a loyal following of its business-orientated Insider magazines and a large B2B subscriber base for its daily email newsletters, business information and events.

National World plc provides news and information services in the UK through a portfolio of multimedia publications and websites. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and owns famous brands including The Scotsman and the Yorkshire Post.

The acquisition supports National World’s strategy to acquire deep content expertise (in this case focused on business), rapidly accelerate its growth as well as being immediately earnings enhancing.
